About

The Sudbury Real Estate Board became a member of the Canadian Association of Real Estate Boards (now known as the Canadian Real Estate Association) on January 1, 1950 and granted the members in good standing the use of the term REALTOR®. The Sudbury Real Estate Board was officially incorporated as a non-profit organization on October 26, 1962. The Sudbury Real Estate Board hosts the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) and currently represents over 350 REALTORS®.

As a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), it is incumbent upon the Board to know and understand all legislativtin eminently qualified to meet your needs. An informed, professional membership is the single most important advantage that we can offer to anyone buying or selling a home in the Greater Sudbury area. Our work is all about you.

Giving Back

The Sudbury Real Estate Board is a strong believer in giving back to the community we serve. Throughout the years the board and its members have generously donated to local organizations that are making a difference in our community.

YWCA Genevra House

A cheque was presented to the YWCA on behalf of the Members of the Sudbury Real Estate Board from the REALTORS Care® Foundation. Accepting the cheque on behalf of the YWCA is Marlene Gorman, Executive Director. Presenting the cheque is REALTORS Care® Foundation President Elect, Dreena Gilpin, Sudbury Real Estate Board President Elect Pauline Pelangio and Vice President Caroline McDonald.

Inner City Home

A cheque was presented to the Inner City Home of Sudbury on behalf of the Members of the Sudbury Real Estate Board from the REALTORS Care® Foundation. Accepting the cheque on behalf of the Inner City Home of Sudbury is Mary Ali, Executive Director.
